Our Patient Care Process

Prescription Received

We receive your prescription directly from your provider and begin processing it right away. Our team will contact you within 2–6 business hours. Please call if you need your medication sooner.

Review & Support

We know you might have questions. We’ll walk you through your prescription and coordinate payment and delivery details. A pharmacist is available to provide personalized counseling if needed.

Compounding your Prescription

If the item is in stock, it typically ships same day. Because each prescription is tailored to your specific needs, custom formulations typically ship the next business day.

Delivery or Pickup

Orders can be shipped via UPS or FedEx, or picked up at our Sandy Springs pharmacy. You’ll receive tracking updates , and if anything doesn’t go as planned, our team will make it right.
