On your scheduled ship date, you will receive an automated text message with your FedEx tracking number. This message may arrive several hours before FedEx actually picks up your package, usually around 5:30 PM. You can only sign for your package once FedEx has possession of it.

Click the link in the text message to go to the FedEx website. Here, you can view your estimated delivery date and select the option to sign for your package.

You will be prompted to either log in to authorize your signature or continue as a guest.

If you choose to continue as a guest, you will be required to verify your identity. FedEx will send a verification code to the phone number associated with your Integrity account.

Enter the code sent to your phone to proceed to the signature step.

Alternatively, you can sign in or create an accout with FedEx Delivery Manager. This free service allows you to manage and track all FedEx packages shipped to your address.

Once your identity is verified, you will be prompted to enter your name to sign for the package.

After completing the signature step, you will be directed to a confirmation screen, indicating that you have successfully signed for your package.
